User Input
The operator uses TetraGen’s proprietary software interface to intuitively define the desired process (e.g. welded joints).

Robot Vision
The robot uses the onboard 3D camera to capture 2D & 3D images of the actual part.
TetraGen’s AI software analyzes the scene and automatically detects part features and fixturing.

Robot Guidance
TetraGen’s software generates a collision-free robot path and guides the robot to perform the desired task. The system corrects for part tolerance issues and fixturing inconsistencies.
